Description

You will lead DMPK strategy for drug discovery projects, integrating quantitative pharmacology with AI-first approaches to deliver high-quality clinical candidates. You'll collaborate with world-class AI/ML and drug design teams to optimize molecule design and advance predictive ADME models.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years professional experience as a DMPK Lead in drug discovery
• Experience developing DMPK and pharmacology packages for early clinical development
• Regulatory document authoring and review experience, ideally in oncology or immunology
• Experience partnering closely with preclinical teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement stage-appropriate DMPK strategies with AI-first approach
• Integrate DMPK, PD, and toxicological data for decision-making, including dose and safety predictions
• Define quantitative pharmacology strategy in collaboration with Pharmacology Leads
• Optimize molecule design based on physico-chemistry and biotransformation knowledge
• Author DMPK sections of regulatory documents
