Description

You will plan and execute patient education programs in virtual or live settings for pharmaceutical clients, coordinating all event logistics and technology. You will also mentor junior team members and work closely with clients to ensure program success.

Requirements

• Experience in virtual live event planning and coordination
• Excellent communication, organization, and resourcefulness
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual webinars and live events for patient and caregiver audiences
• Manage venue setup, menu selection, and audio/visual needs for live events
• Recommend platforms (AdobeConnect, Webex, Zoom) and create virtual events with appropriate settings
• Communicate with clients, pharmaceutical sales reps, and internal teams to solidify event details
• Lead event production as production director and provide primary technical support
