You'll lead a high-velocity creative team at Addi, a fintech platform transforming payments and banking in Colombia. You'll drive brand equity by blending world-class design with AI-augmented workflows and scalable campaign systems to build consumer trust and market conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creative teams to establish design excellence for retail and financial product launches.
• Scale creative production by building modular campaign design systems and asset libraries.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows for automated image generation and social formatting.
• Unify cross-channel brand voice through robust creative governance and review processes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading creative design teams in fast-paced environments (fintech, e-commerce, agency).
• Proven track record of breakthrough creative work across campaigns, OOH, digital, retail, and brand identity.
• Experience designing for financial products or retail campaigns with regulatory complexity.
• AI fluency with proven use of AI tools in real production workflows under brand constraints.
