Description

You will ensure seamless candidate progression through hiring pipelines, managing scheduling and data systems, while directly impacting our ability to scale and deliver our defence AI mission. Day-to-day you'll operate ATS tools, coordinate interviews across time zones, and partner with Talent Acquisition to improve workflows.

• Supported a scaling, high-volume talent acquisition function with operational execution focus
• Clear communication and ability to articulate process challenges and propose practical solutions
• Exceptional organizational abilities, especially in managing complex scheduling and system data
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems to increase team efficiency
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a scaling environment while maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Operate ATS and automated scheduling tools for high-volume interview scheduling across time zones
• Manage internal stakeholders and act as primary candidate contact for a seamless interview experience
• Maintain accurate data, documentation, and templates across systems
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to implement improvements to scheduling workflows
• Generate reports to measure pipeline speed and effectiveness
