💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer onboarding and implementation for DeepL's AI translation platform, managing complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally to set enterprise clients up for success. You'll drive tailored implementation plans that quickly deliver value. This role offers strong exposure to enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the onboarding and implementation process for individual customers
• Serve as customer's project manager during onboarding
• Teach and empower customers to maximize DeepL platform value
• Troubleshoot customer challenges during system setup

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience with 1+ year in client-facing software implementation or onboarding
• Fluency in Japanese and working proficiency in English
• Proven experience project managing customer implementations on time
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
