You'll design, build, and optimize backend systems for blockchain data infrastructure in a Web3 ecosystem. You'll own projects end-to-end, from user challenges to production deployment, ensuring scalability and performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical direction and rollout of blockchain data features
• Design and optimize backend systems using Go, Rust, or similar
• Improve blockchain data workflows including indexing and caching
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering in backend or distributed systems
• Production-level expertise with Go or Rust
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Hands-on experience with databases and SQL

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure or RPC APIs
• AI-assisted development workflows or agentic tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and IaC
