You'll join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, as Associate Legal Counsel focusing on Italian employment law. You'll handle employment and commercial matters while assisting with cross-border employment compliance. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing global tech company transforming how the world works.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review employment and commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on Italian employment topics.
• Negotiate client and commercial agreements.
• Support internal employment compliance projects.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an Italian attorney or inhouse Legal Counsel.
• Strong expertise in Italian employment law.
• Experience advising on cross-border employment.
• Fluency in English required.
