Description

You will take ownership of state-of-the-art production processes and equipment for Starlink's high-volume PCB manufacturing, ensuring performance and reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years hands-on technical experience
• Ability to read technical documents and manufacturing work instructions
• Experience with lock out tag out, job hazard analysis, hot work permitting
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals

Responsibilities

• Execute startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment
• Identify equipment and process deviations and perform corrective actions
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate process equipment (plating, etching, etc.)
• Create and maintain hardware inventory system and procure critical spares
• Train new production staff and recommend process improvements
