Description

You will ensure the reliable availability and operational readiness of all equipment, tools, IT systems, and consumables. You manage inventory, coordinate repairs, and serve as the local contact for IT and external service providers to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Practical experience in warehouse/logistics, especially tool management and inventory control
• Understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and safety regulations; basic technical knowledge in battery care and equipment maintenance
• Proficient with PCs, scanners, MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of WMS is a plus
• High attention to detail, structured and independent working style, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good German (B2) and basic English (A2/B1) skills

Responsibilities

• Set up scanners, tools, IT equipment and consumables; maintain software and coordinate user profiles
• Ensure immediate operational readiness of equipment through regular function and condition checks
• Issue and receive equipment with digital recording and documentation
• Manage stock, document damages, organize repairs and replacements in coordination with IT, purchasing, and operations
• Monitor consumables, receive deliveries, and coordinate reordering to avoid shortages
