💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at a loud store in the mall. You'll share fandom knowledge, stock products, and help visually merchandise the store, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and drive add-on sales
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and use BOPIS/curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
