You'll serve as a trusted scientific partner to users, helping them onboard and derive value from our AI-powered biomedical platform. Your core impact is enabling researchers to accelerate drug discovery and decision-making. This role blends life sciences expertise with customer-facing skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding sessions and training tailored to customer needs
• Guide users in applying Causaly to their scientific use cases
• Address inbound scientific support requests with precision
• Identify and nurture super users to foster internal champions

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences (biology, biomedical sciences, etc.)
• Presentation and communication skills with scientific audiences
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environment
• 1-2 years of customer-facing or consulting experience in scientific or SaaS setting
