Description

You will serve as a technical leader driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems supporting Gemini's global workforce. This includes owning endpoint management, user identity lifecycle, internal tooling, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-augmented operations to reduce manual toil and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Deep experience in operational support and DevOps-driven infrastructure
• Experience with endpoint management, identity lifecycle, and SaaS configuration
• Proficiency in IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows
• Ability to evaluate systems, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements
• Mentoring and escalation support within a team

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory and physical IT infrastructure across global offices
• Administer endpoint fleets including provisioning and patch management
• Resolve service and incident requests with quality and speed
• Manage user identity and access lifecycle (SSO, SCIM, MFA, security keys)
• Build and maintain infrastructure using IaC, configuration management, and GitOps
