💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic finance partner to G&A functions at Handshake, helping leaders make data-driven decisions as the company scales. You'll own headcount and opex forecasting and lead monthly variance analysis to drive budget accountability. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to executive stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own headcount and opex forecasting for G&A cost centers
• Lead monthly variance analysis and business reviews
• Build driver-based operating models for annual planning
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in SaaS
• Strong Excel modeling skills including headcount and opex
• Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs, GAAP, and P&L structure
• Experience owning a full forecast cycle from model to presentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Big 4 public accounting or investment banking background
• Experience supporting G&A functions (HR/People, Legal, Finance)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive or similar FP&A tools
