💼 About This Role

You'll manage key client relationships in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions. You'll ensure service agreements are exceeded and drive revenue growth through value-added support. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs
• Ensure delivery meets or exceeds defined SLAs and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal applications
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line for business unit solutions
• Excellent communication and high-level documentation skills

• Master's degree and certifications preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience
