💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end program delivery for AI transformation initiatives at Anaplan, governing the portfolio and driving adoption. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable workforce and business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape change management strategies for a Fortune 50 client base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Govern AI transformation roadmap and prioritize use cases
• Define and operate PMO governance frameworks
• Design and execute change management strategies
• Quantify and track initiative impact across financials and productivity

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program or portfolio management or organizational transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• PMO discipline with portfolio governance and executive-level reporting
• Partnership with Finance including FP&A and planning cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI or digital adoption programs
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or connected planning platforms
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
