You will analyze business processes, optimize sales and CRM workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance GTM efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in data-driven analytical role (RevOps/SalesOps preferred)
  • Engineering background (Computer Science, IT, or related)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Assess current business and CRM processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Automate workflows and integrate tools using APIs and automation platforms like Zapier
  • Own end to end CRM and Techstack management ensuring GTM teams run smoothly and cost-optimized
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable sales and business insights
  • Account and lead list creation and data enrichment for outbound outreach
