Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensed in California by start date
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience within past 5 years (or 1 year with fellowship or urgent care)
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Effective use of technology for high quality care

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
