Description

You will join our State and Local Platforms and Data Managed Services team, working across multiple client environments to implement, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure reliability, security, and performance, while automating tasks and responding to incidents.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in managed services
• Strong understanding of core cloud services (compute, storage, networking, identity, security, backup/recovery)
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise) and ITIL practices

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support client cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid)
• Implement and maintain cloud compute, storage, networking, and security components
• Support cloud migrations, upgrades, and integrations
• Automate tasks using IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Monitor system health, performance, cost, and security alerts, and respond to incidents per SLAs
