💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale global expansion marketing strategy, driving product-led expansion and vertical execution across Sophos' cybersecurity portfolio. You'll design AI-enabled programs to accelerate attach, upsell, and cross-sell within the existing customer base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop scalable portfolio expansion and cross-sell marketing frameworks
• Build vertical marketing strategy for priority industries
• Design AI-enabled, insight-driven expansion programs
• Translate strategy into execution plays for sales and field teams
• Define success metrics and optimize based on results

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Expansion Marketing
• Proven experience owning product-led expansion motions like attach, upsell, cross-sell
• Strong understanding of aligning marketing strategy to sales and CS priorities
• Experience using data and AI-assisted insight to guide program focus

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or technical B2B environment
• Operational mindset with ability to design repeatable programs
