💼 About This Role

You'll lead autonomy projects including end-to-end model development, data infra, simulation, and ML for a sidewalk robot delivery fleet. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to ship commercial deliveries at scale. This role drives process optimization across engineering and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for autonomy projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Create detailed project documentation and status reports.

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in engineering or technical program management
• 10+ years with software, hardware, or autonomous systems
• Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems, mapping, simulation, and ML

• MS degree in computer science or engineering
• Experience with products involving safety, policy, or regulatory aspects
• Experience with robotics products in public spaces
