You'll provide front-line end user support for AV, network, and service desk operations at a global technology company. You'll ensure smooth daily operations by quickly resolving issues and supporting collaborative efforts. This role offers exposure to conference room systems and network infrastructure.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary contact for technical assistance requests.
  • Log, track, and escalate complex issues to specialized teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV and connectivity issues in conference rooms.
  • Set up and support AV equipment for meetings.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5+ years in IT Support roles (Technician, Analyst, Administrator, or Specialist).
  • Proficient in Mac OS, Networking, Wi-Fi, Cisco, Linux, and Windows.
  • Skilled in ticketing systems with experience in Jira Service Management (JSM).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for user-centered support.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AV systems.
  • Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Strong Mac/Apple experience.
