You'll design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that power ACQ Vantage, working within a lean Technology team. Your core impact is turning AI capabilities into reliable, measurable systems that drive business outcomes. This role stands out for its focus on hands-on engineering and production reliability, not just experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Own and improve RAG pipelines across multiple Pinecone namespaces.
• Build and maintain an evaluation framework for quality and latency.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping production software systems (distributed backends, APIs, deployment pipelines).
• 2+ years building production RAG systems using vector databases like Pinecone.
• Built and deployed AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows in production.
• Reduced LLM API costs through model routing, caching, or token management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Comfortable in both TypeScript and Python.
