🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute AI team strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of software engineers and AI specialists.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to define roadmap and deliver AI solutions.
• Own architecture and system quality across AI services, ensuring scalability and reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering or AI/ML development.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like Langgraph.
