As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you'll handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers, working alongside a team dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences. You'll resolve issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, while contributing to the safety and beauty of the community.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call emergency rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments through turnover repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies
