You'll serve as the primary technical contact for strategic Duffel customers, helping them integrate and optimize our API for travel solutions. Your core impact is ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing value for enterprise clients. This hybrid role is based in London with a collaborative startup culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage implementation process for strategic customers building on Duffel's API.
  • Answer product questions and resolve API issues via email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Support sales team on technical review calls with prospective customers.
  • Establish best practices to onboard and engage customers effectively.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in tech support for enterprise RESTful API products.
  • Experience integrating APIs, debugging, and writing scripts/SQL.
  • Ability to read and write code in multiple programming languages.
  • Track record of quickly answering product-related questions.

  • Knowledge of travel technology (airline/hotel distribution systems).
