💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary on-site maintenance resource for a 503B sterile compounding facility, supporting equipment installation and developing preventive maintenance programs. Your core impact is ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and compliance. You'll help prepare the site for operations and own day-to-day maintenance activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary on-site contact for equipment and facility issues
• Support facility buildout and equipment commissioning
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and SOPs
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in facilities maintenance in regulated environment
• Independent operation and ownership of site equipment
• Experience with equipment installation and commissioning
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
