🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage regional teams of MongoDB core and cloud Support Engineers
• Diagnose and resolve performance-related database issues

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing technical support or customer-facing engineering teams
• Proven track record in operational excellence and metrics-driven improvements
• Strong people development with history of coaching engineers
• Deep technical foundation in multiple database technologies (NoSQL, distributed systems)

• Prior work at a database company (NoSQL space)
• Scaled SaaS customer-facing role experience
• Experience with modern observability and analytics tools
