Description

You will lead payroll operations for Hungary, managing end-to-end payroll in-house, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and process improvements. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering to drive automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, strong automation and AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for the country
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Process full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes
• Mentor and support payroll specialists, back up regional managers
