Description

You will lead a small, high-impact team building production-grade AI agents and the core platform. You'll own critical systems end-to-end, remain hands-on with design and implementation, and run fast experimentation cycles to turn prototypes into scalable products customers use in production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with design, code reviews, prototyping, and critical technical implementations
• Experience building and operating distributed systems for AI workloads and real-time services
• Strong engineering practices: automated testing, observability, operational readiness
• Ability to debug production issues and improve system resiliency
• Proven leadership in growing and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and technical execution for production-grade AI agents and platform capabilities
• Run rapid build–measure–learn cycles to iterate quickly
• Translate product ideas into working systems with measurable customer impact
• Partner with product to shape scope, sequencing, and trade-offs
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
