You'll lead turnaround and restructuring engagements for middle-market clients, shaping strategy and driving impact in a high-performance culture. You'll develop comprehensive solutions to complex operational and financial challenges and contribute to firm growth through business development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of deliverable workflows for turnaround and restructuring engagements.
• Develop and implement value creation and business transformation plans.
• Manage liquidity management and case administration processes.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program.
• Located in or willing to relocate to one of the listed cities.
• Significant experience in strategic, financial or operational consulting, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or lending.
• Proven leader in delivery of high-value work exceeding client expectations.

• Mastery of financial modeling including three-statement models and 13-week cash flows.
