• Ensure compliance with UK and US employment law
• Handle employee relations and support People operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally on company-wide projects

📋 Requirements

• Experience in HR within a high-growth tech company
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or Psychology
