You'll partner with Go-To-Market leaders in a high-growth SaaS company to drive people initiatives and strengthen leadership capability. You'll turn business needs into actionable talent strategies and provide confident guidance on employee relations and organizational development.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to create annual divisional people plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Coach managers on tactical people issues like performance, absence, and employee relations.
  • Lead cyclical HR products including performance management, goal setting, and promotions.
  • Monitor workforce data and provide insights to enable data-driven decision making.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-8 years of HR generalist experience in SaaS/Tech or scale-up environment.
  • 3-4 years supporting Go-To-Market functions.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, APAC).
  • Ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders through data and insights.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience setting up legal entities or leading global HR projects.
  • Deep expert knowledge in one region or country (e.g., USA or UK).
  • Mentoring or coaching junior HR team members.
