You'll join a team building and scaling production-grade AI systems that power Sales Performance Management for global leaders. You'll own features end-to-end from prototype to production, influencing product impact and reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain product features and backend components.
• Write production-ready code and lightweight prototypes.
• Create automated tests and proactively fix issues.
• Support proof-of-concepts and set up test cases.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years overall software engineering experience with 2+ years shipping production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript building APIs and services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experimentation mindset to define metrics and iterate quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs including RAG, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with LLMOps practices and tools like LangChain, OpenAI, vector databases.
