💼 About This Role

You'll lead executive communications for a fast-growing global tech company, shaping the narrative and building alignment across the Products and Technology organization. You'll drive change management communications during transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity and confidence. This role reports to Global Internal Communications and supports the President, Products and Technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with President to shape department narrative and communicate strategy
• Own communications cadence for Products and Technology function
• Create multi-channel communications including emails, newsletters, all-hands
• Plan and deliver communications for large-scale people programs

📋 Requirements

• 7 years of communications experience in tech
• Excellent writing and researching abilities
• Experience developing communications during transformation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
• Experience partnering with transformation leaders and HR
• Familiarity with visual design best practices
