💼 About This Role

You'll develop and optimize manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels at Saronic Technologies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective production for the DoD. This role offers the chance to impact cutting-edge maritime autonomy on a 2nd shift schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels
• Implement lean manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate specifications into production
• Establish quality control measures and conduct root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing engineering with complex electromechanical systems
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of industry standards for autonomous maritime systems

• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, or maritime technologies
• Experience with supply chain collaboration and supplier qualification
