- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from analysis to retention
- Respond to inbound leads and develop new business
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction principals
- Conduct sales presentations and resolve customer inquiries

- Proven outside sales experience and track record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast-paced growth
