Description

You will work as a HICU pediatric nurse, helping infants and young children transition from hospital to home. You'll deliver quality skilled nursing care in a team-based environment and provide training to families and ongoing care teams.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• At least one year of RN work experience
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Work as an extension of a hospital care team
• Provide training to families and ongoing care teams
• Care for patients one-on-one
• Support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home
