🎯 What You'll Do
- Greet customers with warmth and urgency in person, phone, or online

📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with everyone
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on rotation
