Description

You will be responsible for designing and selecting new fixtures for the production line, coordinating with process engineers and suppliers, and optimizing existing tooling. You will also manage equipment fixture purchases and support test line improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design preferred
• familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
• more than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
• proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
• understand basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc

Responsibilities

• docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures
• technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers
• optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line
• purchase management of equipment fixture
• complete other tasks assigned by superiors
