💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of daily conversations. You'll drive agent development by combining product strategy, conversational design, and customer insight. This role offers direct exposure to building high-quality conversational AI at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies
• Build, design and refine conversational AI agents
• Drive execution of multiple complex agent development projects
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of software development and product management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• MBA or comparable technology/operations experience
• Experience with conversational AI or chatbot development
