Description

You will collaborate with specialty care clinics to optimize the specialty pharmacy experience, ensuring patients have access to affordable medications. You will manage inventory, troubleshoot prescription and claim issues, and act as a liaison between patients, providers, and the operational team to resolve problems.

Requirements

• Mastered core pharmacy technician skills (processing claims, dispensing medications)
• Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance
• Comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and care team in-person and over phone
• Self-motivated with sense of urgency for quality resolution
• Excited about working in a start-up environment and solving complex problems

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic partners maintain adequate inventory supplies for patient needs
• Manage issues with patient prescription attainment, including tracking packages and troubleshooting carrier issues
• Troubleshoot claim processing, payment processing, and equipment issues
• Triage support issues related to the PMS Platform for clinic partners
• Act as liaison between patient, provider, and operational team to resolve issues
