You'll guide students through the financial aid process as part of a high-impact, student-facing team. You'll handle complex paperwork and emotionally sensitive conversations to help students access educational funding. This role blends analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide students through FAFSA, verification, packaging, and disbursement.
• Calculate aid packages and explain funding options clearly.
• Navigate emotionally complex conversations with empathy.
• Manage 200–500+ students across multiple systems and communication channels.

📋 Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and documentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable having tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with financial aid systems (FAFSA, ISIR, Title IV).
• Experience in student-facing or process-heavy roles.
• Background in fast-paced or startup environments.
