💼 About This Role

You'll design dentist-facing workflows for Dandy's flagship Chairside product, directly impacting accuracy and patient outcomes. You'll partner with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality interaction flows in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences for core Chairside workflows like scanning and ordering.
• Create interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs from exploration to handoff.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience on shipped products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong execution and problem framing within constraints.
• Experience designing complex workflows (B2B, healthcare, or operations-heavy a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in interaction design, visual design, and usability.
