💼 About This Role

You'll own U.S. multi-state payroll operations for a high-growth legal AI company. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners with our PEO and People teams to scale payroll systems as we expand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and variable compensation
• Partner with PEO for compliance and new state expansions
• Administer benefits deductions including 401(k), HSA, and FSA

📋 Requirements

• Multi-state payroll experience for 500+ employees
• Technology/start-up payroll environment experience
• PEO partnership experience
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws including FLSA
