You'll join a fast-paced startup as an engineer in the Technical Support Engineering team, assisting Kong customers with complex technical issues. You'll lead the investigation of technical puzzles and provide real-time feedback to product and engineering teams. You'll also create knowledge articles to enhance customer understanding.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• REST APIs proficiency
• Cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Coding skills to read and troubleshoot code

• Scripting with Perl, Ruby, or Shell
• Familiarity with DNS, Linux/Unix, or databases
