You'll provide in-person customer service at a local Flexdrive facility, assisting Lyft drivers with the car rental process. Your work ensures vehicles are ready and drivers get on the road quickly. This role is perfect if you love hands-on operations and supporting the ride-sharing community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with the car rental process including check-in and returns
• Prepare rental vehicles by fueling, cleaning, and installing telematics
• Manage vehicle lot organization and daily rental operations
• Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to the Operations Lead

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia area
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license and satisfactory driving record
