💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to provide maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our Jackson, MS rental facility. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology to diagnose issues quickly and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist in training of lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Must own tools applicable to position
• High School diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
