You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving customer outcomes.   • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers.
  • Lead technical onboarding and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues.
  • Build automations and tools to streamline support operations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
  • Strong coding ability in Python or JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs.
  • Experience building technical automations or integrations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with scraping technologies, anti-bot systems, or headless browsers.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot.
