💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our proprietary T3 platform. Your work will directly support contractors and keep construction projects moving. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics and diagrams
• High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
