💼 About This Role

You'll take full product ownership of core areas of the subcontractor product, driving the evolution of a marketplace experience used by thousands. As the second PM on the subcontractor side, you'll actively shape this product vision in a small team with big leverage and direct impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI use cases in the subcontractor workflow like intelligent tender recommendations
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics for growth opportunities
• Develop hypotheses and validate through prototypes and experiments
• Ensure strong go-to-market for new features with Marketing and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and balancing supply and demand
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex problems into pragmatic solutions
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Experience with AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping
• Experience with product roadmaps and full product lifecycle
